INSPIRED launches its first Colleague Network Group

We’re proud to launch our first Colleague Network Group: the Women’s Network.

The network reflects our commitment to helping more women grow, thrive and lead across the INSPIRED group.

To mark the launch, and coinciding with International Women’s Day, 37 network members joined their network leads in a kick off event. Women’s CNG Sponsor and Chief Commercial Officer Fiona Fox along with Chief People Officer Sophie Winspear shared their own personal stories and the importance of inclusive workplaces.

A huge thank you to our Site and Function Network Leads, our 37 network members, and our Executive Leadership Team sponsors; Chief Operating Officer, Anthony Stones and Fiona Fox, who will help bring this network to life across the business.

We already have incredible women (and allies) throughout INSPIRED. This network is about celebrating that talent, creating even more opportunity, and inspiring even more women to join.

We are very excited to see the impact the Women's Network Group will make on INSPIRED and our colleagues over the coming months.
